How to report non-compliance

The Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Regulator receives allegations of non-compliance with the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012 from a variety of sources.

If you would like to provide information about suspected non-compliance, contact us at compliance@gems.gov.au.

Your email should be as detailed and complete as possible and include information about:

the product including the model number
the supply location including name, address and contact details if possible
why you believe this product does not meet Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards requirements.

Unless you wish to remain anonymous, please provide your contact details so that an investigations officer can follow up on the report.
