This report investigates the costs and benefits of introducing minimum energy and performance standards and mandatory labelling for swimming pool and spa pool pumps. To support this investigation, the Department of the Environment and Energy commissioned Woolcott Research and Engagement to report on consumer behaviour and decision making around pool pumps.
