GEMS Check Testing Policy - with Validity Criteria

The Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (GEMS) Check Testing Policy - with Validity Criteria outlines the principles used by the GEMS Regulator to verify, through laboratory testing, whether models of GEMS products (models) meet relevant GEMS level requirements and the energy efficiency claims of manufacturers and suppliers.

The GEMS Regulator, a position established by section 70 of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012 (GEMS Act), is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the GEMS Act.
