Assessing the 'Change the Globe' Point-of-Sale and Future Communication Material Supporting the Phase-Out of Inefficient Incandescent Light Bulbs
In October 2010 E3 conducted a research study to assess the effectiveness of the 'Change the Globe' point-of-sale communication materials developed, tested and disseminated as part of the Phase-out of Inefficient Incandescent Light Bulbs. This study assessed respondents awareness of the phase-out, how effective the POS materials were and noted what future communication materials, if any, needed to be developed.
