The Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (GEMS) Compliance Monitoring Program outlines the GEMS Regulator’s check testing and market surveillance focus for 2023–24, in accordance with the GEMS Act 2012 and associated regulations. The GEMS Regulator may adjust its check testing and compliance monitoring focus based on market changes.
